Belarmino Enriquez is Principal and Chief Operating Officer of PlusAMedia and was the driving force pivotal in the formation of PlusAMedia. Enriquez is responsible for leading all digital signage solution sales for the company. He also oversees PlusAMedia's Manufacturing Facility. Enriquez has extensive sales and operational experience in both domestic and global markets. Prior to joining PlusAMedia, Enriquez was involved in real estate sales and investments. He started and managed Saving Our Homes, a company that helped residential home owners from going into foreclosure. Prior to that, he founded Home & Business Solutions, a home warranty company that signed thousands of service contracts and developed an automated system that managed the entire operational side of the enterprise digitally. Enriquez was one of the principals of American Shrimp where he was responsible for domestic sales. He was pivotal in securing a $55Million contract with a South Carolina shrimp farming company. Prior to joining American Shrimp, Enriquez practiced civil and corporate law for a law firm in Havana, Cuba. He earned his Juris Doctorate in the University of Havana and lives in the Miami area with his wife and children. Enriquez holds two U.S. Patents.
Armando Martinez is Principal & Chief Software Architect of PlusAMedia. Martinez is responsible for designing PlusAMedia’s suite of Software. Prior to that, he founded Minglehouse, a Technology company focused on creating high-scalability, high-redundancy back-ends for games and dating apps. Prior to that he worked at Nuhit, a joint venture that Martinez co-founded with 2 former executives from Alienware, Raul and Humberto, respectively VP and CTO. Earlier, Martinez was Chief Software Developer for Omega Research which later became known as TradeStation. During his TradeStation tenure, he designed and implemented an Object-Oriented programming language, which was developed and built into TradeStation’s Trading Platform to create custom financial indicators and algorithmic trading strategies for the traders without specialized computer training. EasyLanguage became the driving technology behind all of the analysis tools built into TradeStation’s Trading Platform. Before TradeStation, Martinez worked as a Software Engineer developing anti-virus software for Segurmatica and Command Software Systems. While at Command Software Systems, he developed the first web-based anti-virus software in the world. Prior to that, Martinez worked for CEMEX as a Software Engineer and developed Accounting Software for the company’s platform. Martinez received his Masters in Engineering from the Polytechnic University Jose Antonio Echeverria (CUJAE), located in Havana, Cuba. While at CUJAE, he received an award for Excellence in Scientific Research. Martinez resides in South Florida and is an excellent Chess Club Player.
Ralph Torres joined PlusAMedia in 2015. Torres is a relentless entrepreneur with years of experience in the automotive, consulting, real estate, gambling, agricultural, spirits & beverages and technology industries. Torres consults businesses on start-ups strategies, business development & marketing. Torres has experience in corporate fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, charitable organizations and governmental consulting. Torres started his professional career in government, working directly for the Florida Commissioner of Agriculture, Bob Crawford. During his tenure, Torres served as an Advisor, Lobbyist, Executive Assistant and Travel Aide to Crawford. Torres then became Managing Partner of Capitol Partners LLC, a corporate and governmental consulting firm. Torres has a passion for building companies and helping improve the lives of others. Torres managed and was pivotal in the growth of the Florida Hispanic Foundation, a charitable organization that awards college scholarships to underprivileged college students. Torres is also a founding board member of the Recess VR Foundation, a charitable organization that brings amazing virtual reality experiences to children who are physically challenged. Torres studied Business at the Florida State University. Torres' hobbies are family-time, restoring and collecting classic/exotic automobiles, racquetball and spear fishing.
Arrived in the U.S. on May 26, 1961 at the age of 11 years old, under the Pedro Pan Program where 14,028 children under the age of 18 immigrated to the U.S. without their parents. Both parents were finally allowed to leave Cuba in 1966. Attended Msgr. Pace High School in Miami and graduated Suma Cum Laude in 1968. Attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry in 1972. Started working with Glaxo-SKF Laboratories and grew the Dade/Broward County territory from $60,000/year to $6 million per year over a 4 year period. Founder and Chairman of the Pharmed Group “PMG" from 1980 to 2008 which grew from a starting investment of $1500 to sales of $600 million per year making it the largest privately owned Medical Supply Distributor in the U.S.

Meray has over 20 years of experience building world-class, mission-critical, industry award winning products for the Financial Markets. Before joining PlusAMedia, he was Chief Platform Officer at TradeStation, the top online broker for Active Traders. He led all vision, strategy and execution for the TradeStation Platform, the company's flagship Analysis Software and electronic Trading Platform. For over 2 decades, he secured the top industry awards for the company, including "Best Platform Technology", “Best for Frequent Traders”, "Best Institutional Platform", "Best Stock Trading System" and many more, by the likes of Barron's, StockBrokers.com and Stock and Commodities. Meray built and led development teams of over 50 developers. He held multiple positions at TradeStation (formerly known as Omega Research), including Vice President of Engineering, Program Director of Server Technology, Program Manager and Senior Software Engineer.
Before TradeStation, Meray was a Software Engineer for the Airbus Group. He earned a Master's degree in Computer Science and a DESS (Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Specialisées) with Distinctions from Henri Poincaré University in Nancy, France. He is fluent in French and English and understands and speaks some Spanish, German and Italian. Meray is a professional musician who plays Jazz Trumpet and was featured in 2015 Latin Grammy winning album with Ed Calle. He is a resident of South Florida.
Carmenate is the Owner/President of Codecap where he focused on managing all aspects of the Farmtown game in Facebook. He oversaw product development, software engineering, back-end services, monetization and product support. Before Codecap, Carmenate co-founded Codebell which was the joint venture responsible for the launching of Farmtown. This game marked a new stage in the application ecosystem at Facebook where it was ranked #1 out of a million applications which existed during that period within the Facebook environment. Farmtown reached an amazing level of success exceeding 20 million monthly users and it served as a template for other game developers on the Facebook platform. Prior to Codebell, Carmenate worked for Alienware serving as the company’s first Software Engineer and later becoming Director of Software Development and then Vice President of Information Technology. He was a driving force in Alienware’s growth and success. When Carmenate commenced his career at Alienware there were only 19 employees and at the end of his tenure the company had grown to over 1000 employees and was acquired by Dell. While at Alienware, he managed many projects and many employees. Prior to Alienware, Carmenate worked as a Software Engineer developing internet security and anti-virus software for Segurmatica, an international software company based out of Havana, Cuba, where he was a Security Analyst and Consultant for the development of contingency and information security plans for every Cuban enterprise which required internet connectivity. Carmenate received his Masters in Computer Science from the University of Havana in Cuba.
